Your Instructor
Daidra Marano, aka Yama Dee, has been teaching classes and leading yoga teacher training for over five years. She received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Sense of Samadhi under Tairi Grace in 2013. She completed her 500hr yoga teacher training under Teri Leigh in 2015. Yama Dee completed her 85hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training at Edge Yoga School under Michelle Rae Sobi. She holds the ERYT-500 designation with Yoga Alliance. She is the founder of Yama Yoga Healing.
Yama Dee is trained in Reiki, Aroma Therapy, Prison Yoga Project addressing Trauma and Yoga, as well as S.O.A.R certification addressing substance abuse and recovery yoga.
